Rod signed with the Rough Rider in 1987 after playing in the NFL (Denver Broncos) in 1985-1986. Rod started in 80 games as a professional in the CFL. Rods most memorable moment was running a 95 yard interception return in college at Oklahoma State University against Bowling Green University.
